PRICES
Specifications of prices on our website are subject to be changed without further notice. If prices are changed and we will be forced to charge you a higher price than mentioned on the site, you will get a notice first. You will be asked to send a confirmation if you accept the new price. The articles are priced in EURO, ex shipping cost.


PAYMENT
@Consult Trading accepts Paypal as a method of payment. We also provide the option to pay by Bank Transfer. We will only ship after receiving the order amount on our bank account.

BACKORDERS
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered within 2 days after notification by e-mail. We only charge shipping once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders. Backorders shipped to international addresses or via "Standard" shipping methods will incur special shipping charges with each shipment. You may cancel your backorders at any time by sending an e-mail.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
All in-stock items will be shipped the next day after receiving a notification of your payment. If you feel that your order is missing merchandise, please carefully read your invoice as your order may have been shipped in two or more shifts and may arrive on two different days.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer’s warranty (a copy of which can be obtained upon customer request) and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you send us an e-mail before taking any action.

DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

QUESTIONS OR CHANGES TO RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order with @Consult Trading recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed. You may check on the status of recently placed orders by sending an e-mail or contacting us by phone.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from @Consult Trading is the responsibility of the seller, not @Consult Trading.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other publications are subject to change. @Consult Trading maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, @Consult Trading reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

We’re mainly a distribution facility and regret that we are not always able to handle walk-in orders, returns, tours, inquiries, etc.
