After a lot of testing and small changes to insure optimized durability we are happy to announce the all new Shepherd front flex radio plate system for the Velox V8 made from high quality german carbon.

The front flex system gives the car much more steering especially on technical tracks.

The radio plate is splitted in two parts. The bigger rear part is fixed with the known flex bracket in the rear and a simple alumium post in the front directly behind the servosaver.

The two parts are connected with two uniball rods allowing the front end to flex much more than with the standard radioplate.

We are happy to inform you that the conversion kit for the Velox V10 "twelve" is available from now on.

The upgrade kit inlcudes all parts for the new ball-raced rear anti-roll bar as well as stronger body posts for the front and the rear to convert the Velox V10 to the latest edition. The ball-races anti-roll has a much better response leading to an improved traction when accelerating while the new stronger body posts feature adjustable plates to fine tune the height of the body in 3 steps.

Kevlar pulleys for the Velox V10. These low friction pulleys provide a better and smoother rotation of the drive-train to improve the acceleration of the V10
and are available for all pulleys except for the rear diff housing/pulley as a set or separately from now on.

400032: New body post set for the Velox V10: Compared to the old body posts they are much stronger and offer the possibility to fine tune the height of the body with three different positions realized by a new plate design. The set comes with all needed fastening material and will by included in the soon to be released Velox V10 "twelve".

509204: New optional part for the Velox V10: hard-coated aluminum wheel nuts. Made from premium 7075 T6 raw material the new hard-coated aluminum wheel nuts are 65% lighter than the standard screws and reduce rotating and un-sprung mass without sacrificing strength or durability. By replacing all 4 screws serious racers can save up to 5g of weight. Sold in pair of two.

900014 & 500014: Aluminium pivot ball sets for the Velox V8 as well as for the Velox V10. A must-have for serious racers that want to reduce the weight as much as possible to balance the car the pivot ball set replaces all standard steel pivot balls and save 65% of weight. CNC machined from premium aluminum they are nickel plated to increase wear resistance and lifespan.
